It's been a big week for GoldenBlue Racing. We headed to Newmarket for the Tattersalls Horses in Training Sale – the biggest sale of its kind in the world – and we've come home with our first signing. Meet Fifty Nifty, a 5-year-old bay gelding and a proven Class 2 winner, who is joining Brian Ellison's yard. Shares are available now from just £40.

A Proven Winner

Fifty Nifty is a horse with real class. He has won three times and earned over £50,000 in prize money, and his wins include a Class 2 handicap on Newmarket's famous Rowley Mile.

He has run to a Racing Post Rating of 100, and he showed he still has the speed when he finished second in a Class 2 at Ascot in September.

Bred for Class

Fifty Nifty is by Ten Sovereigns, out of Leala, a daughter of the Group 1 winner Montjeu.

He comes from a top family too – he is a half-brother to Obviously, who won the Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint (Grade 1) in America.

Joining Brian Ellison

Fifty Nifty is now in training with Brian Ellison at Spring Cottage Stables in Malton, North Yorkshire. Brian has grown his yard from around 20 horses to over 100, with big wins on the Flat and over jumps, including the Ebor and the Northumberland Plate.

Fifty Nifty joins Suenicora Star in Brian's yard, so members following both will have plenty to look forward to.

What Happens Next

Fifty Nifty will settle in at Spring Cottage first, and then Brian will map out his plans. Members will be the first to hear everything through weekly updates and video from the yard.
